My name is Luka Donald-Johnson. I have over a decade of experience working across various levels of administration, executive support, quality systems and business management.

My expertise focuses on quality systems, aligning with compliance and improving business practice to optimise time and energy.

While my career has spanned the human services sector, recent years has seen me work alongside small businesses and local WA trades.

I am also a qualified in Auditing a Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and Lead Auditor (an Exemplar Global certification).

I formed Gemini with a vision in mind, to support small businesses, trades and NDIS registered disability service providers navigate the world of compliance - an area I’m skilled and interested in.
